Dr. J has helped me face my fears on and off the track and for teaching me to believe in myself more than I ever have. Since working with Julie, I became one of the fastest 800 meter women in the US, achieved the Olympic standard, competed on my first US team in Costa Rica, and have run numerous personal bests.
